Installation, Operation & Maintenance Notes

1. Strict Operating Limits for Large Bore Power Plant Service

This 1500LB F11 large bore gate valve is designed for full-openfull-closed isolation only. Throttling is strictly prohibited to avoid high-velocity media erosion of hard sealing surfaces. Operation beyond 1500LB pressure or 540°C temperature is forbidden to prevent F11 creep damage and seal failure.

2. Professional Large Bore BW Welding Installation Required

BW butt welding must be performed by certified high-temperature welders. Pre-weld preheating (120–280°C) and post-weld stress relief (680–730°C) are mandatory to avoid cracking of the F11 forged body. Install with stem vertical upward, align with flow direction, and reserve sufficient space for insulation and maintenance.

3. Regular Inspection of Pressure Seal System
